You will learn a gentle Qi Gong sequence that you can use at the end of the day, a wonderful way to clear trapped, stagnant energy and to reduce mental stress to help towards a good night's sleep.
Plus a quick wake-up sequence for your body! Start the day by waking up your body to stimulate blood flow and Qi throughout your body.
60-minute class every Wednesday evening for 4 weeks

Qi Life method is a combination of practices based on ancient principals of
Qi Gong merged with flow of movement and mind awareness training. A simple but profound practice that can be used by everyone and at any age! In this
4-week program, you will be taught the foundation on:
Qi Gong Structure - Alignment of physical structures.
Mobilisation and activation - Activation of our energetic structures.
Flow and Movement - Awakening the system through breathing and flow state to help stop the monkey mind. Bringing balance to the physical and mental mind-state.
By actively practicing Qi Gong it helps improve health and wellbeing (mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually). Its gentle movements stretch and strengthen muscles, improve balance and flexibility, strengthen tendons ligaments and open joints.
The movements can also improve the immune system and help to remove toxins, improve the circulation of blood and oxygen throughout the body, which can improve the immune system.
